Something Borrowed Trailer

Rachel and Darcy have been friends since school, though the girls are very different, it was a case of opposites attract. Rachel being the intelligent, mousy and shy half of the couple and Darcy is the louder and much more extrovert character. Whilst at uni studying law Rachel buckled down with her study but she also met Dex, a charming guy who, since the first time she met him, has has a 'thing' for. Finally just as Rachel thinks she's plucks up the courage to make a move, along comes Darcy and steps in the way of her plans by making a move on him first.

World's Greatest Dad Review

Excellent
Putting Williams in a movie with this title is misleading because it's actually a pitch-black comedy that cleverly examines the herd mentality through the eyes of a deeply flawed father. And it's one of Williams' best performances.

Lance Clayton (Williams) is a high school teacher raising his surly, not-too-deep 15-year-old Kyle (Sabara) on his own. He's seeing the frisky art teacher Claire (Gilmore), who wants to keep their relationship a secret and seems to have eyes for another rather too-sexy teacher (Simmons). But Lance's main problem is that he feels he's settling for a mediocre life, having never had any of his writing published. Then a freak accident presents him with an opportunity for the fame that's eluded him. If only he can suppress his conscience.

Sleeping Dogs Lie Review

Good
In rough, loose digital camerawork usually reserved for film school shorts, Melinda Page Hamilton (the nun from Desperate Housewives) stares lovingly, and curiously, at her dog as he rolls around on the floor. Then, without much warning, she proceeds to tie her hair back and perform oral sex on the dog. An act usually saved for the apogee of a John Waters film, this bit of sexual daring serves more as a touchstone in Sleeping Dogs Lie, the newest film from none other than Bob "Bobcat" Goldthwait.

Amy (Hamilton) has gone several years without talking or even acknowledging the act she performed on her dog. She's engaged to a nice, normal man named John (Bryce Johnson) and they are preparing to head to the hills of Hollywood to meet with her uptight parents. One night, while fooling around in Amy's father's car, John admits a small sexual indiscretion in the hopes of practicing full honesty in their relationship. However, when Amy admits her indiscretion to John and her junkie brother (Jack Plotnick), who is listening in, the result is not the welcoming forgiveness she was hoping for. Instead, it comes out to her parents (Geoffrey Pierson and Bonita Posehn) and their perfect perception of her gets warped, along with John's perception.

Spartan Review

Extraordinary
What is the man behind such parlor-room films as The Winslow Boy and House of Games doing directing an explosive military thriller, complete with airdrops and sniper rifles? And starring Val Kilmer? Trust me: Give Spartan ten minutes, and you'll stop asking such stupid questions.

David Mamet's latest project is far from conventional fare, and ultimately that works in his favor. From the opening scene, where two soldiers pursue each other through a jungle, Mamet keeps us guessing. What kind of movie are we watching? Within about 10 minutes, the bones of the story are made clear: the president's daughter (Kristen Bell) has been kidnapped from her dorm room, and the Secret Service pulls out all the stops to get her back. That includes recruiting special operations soldier Robert Scott (Val Kilmer), an uncannily capable military man who's as intuitive with people and motives as he is skilled with weapons.
