Rocker Gary Moore was eight times over the local legal driving limit when he died in Spain a year ago (11), according to reports.
Tests showed the former Thin Lizzy guitarist suffered a heart attack in a hotel room in Estepona, Costa del Sol last February.
An investigation into the 58 year old's death will now be closed in Spain, paving the way for a U.K. inquest into the tragedy.
Irishman Moore scored solo hits with songs like Empty Rooms and Out in the Fields.
