Oprah Winfrey's struggling OWN cable network got a huge boost Sunday from Winfrey herself when her recently launch Oprah's Next Chapter attracted 3.5 million viewers, a record for the channel, brother Gary Houston and her sister-in-law Patricia Houston. The program featured an interview with Whitney Houston's daughter, Bobbi Kristina and her family. That audience was nearly twice the size of the program's previous high -- 1.6 million viewers for an episode featuring televangelist Joel Osteen -- and nearly ten times the size of an episode in February that drew just 355,000 viewers. Winfrey is due to interview Lady GaGa and her monther on next Sunday's episode. If that show also proves to be successful in the ratings, the lesson may be that the network's success may hang on Winfrey's "gets."
