Garbage frontwoman Shirley Manson has joined a host of celebrities helping the Haiti earthquake relief effort - the rocker has raised $1,500 (£1,000) by personalising two t-shirts.
Musicians including The Strokes' Fabrizio Moretti, Norah Jones and Mark Ronson have previously stamped their own designs on items including bags and musical instruments for the Crafts For A Cause initiative, in aid of the Caribbean nation which was hit by a devastating tremor in January (10).
Now Manson has lent her support to the campaign by signing two tops, which were both bought by one fan for $1,500 (£1,000).
And she's grateful to the mystery buyer, paying tribute to the bidder for helping to support the survivors in Haiti.
She says, "You have done something very pure, very wonderful. In a part of the world where people are struggling through hell and high water, someone you have never met and never will shall have their life touched with kindness as a result of your participation in this auction."
