Australian pop star Gabriella Cilmi enrolled in meditation classes to cure her crippling stage fright.
The Sweet About Me singer suffered severe nerves every time she had to perform in front of an audience, and admits her set at the U.K.'s legendary Glastonbury festival last year (09) terrified her.
But she has found the perfect way to overcome her anxiety - she relaxes by meditating every day.
Cilmi says, "It's really nerve-racking (performing live). That's the worst thing for me. I love performing but the moments just before I go onstage... Like, just before I played Glastonbury I thought I was going to wee myself! I get really funny. So I did these meditation classes to help me sort that out.
"I find that I work best when I just have to throw myself in to the deep end - feel the fear anyway."
