She caused concern when she was spotted without the piece of jewellery but insiders have revealed her marriage is as happy as ever and she and Olivier - who is the father of her 22-month-old son Maceo - just haven't gotten around to replacing it.

The X-Men star filed papers in October (14), objecting to the $16,000 (£10,000) she currently pays Aubry each month to care for their daughter Nahla, amid allegations the French Canadian model has been using the money to fund his lifestyle after giving up work.
In the filing, her lawyer stated, "There is no case, no law, no logic that says a healthy, active man gets to simply live off child support that the wealthier mother earns."
Berry wants the figure reduced to around $3,800 (£2,375)-a-month, but Aubry alleges he has been unable to find employment since he was injured in a scuffle with her new partner, French actor Olivier Martinez, in 2012.

A Los Angeles court told the actress she must pay the Canadian model the substantial monthly sum to support their 6 year-old daughter, Nahla, until she turns 19 years old or graduates from high school. In addition, Aubry was awarded $115,000 in retroactive support.
The 47 year-old film star gave birth to Nahla in 2008 before splitting from Aubry in April 2010. The former couple reached an initial custody agreement in September 2012 after an ongoing ugly dispute during which things even came to blows between Aubry and Berry's now-husband, Olivier Martinez.
The couple now share equal custody of their daughter, according to People. The Oscar-winning actress will also pay for Nahla's schooling but will split healthcare expenses with her ex-lover. She and Martinez were reportedly keen on moving to France and taking Nahla with them but a judge blocked them from taking the child to live outside the US.
