Former Friends actor David Schwimmer has filed $2 million (GBP1.1 million) lawsuit against a man who used his name to con watches from a New York jeweller.

The suit claims AARON TONKEN - who is currently serving five years in prison for fraud - persuaded the jeweller to let him take the ROLEX watches under the pretence Schwimmer would wear them at a charity event, according to PAGESIX.COM

Tonken kept the watches and tried to frame Schwimmer, claiming the actor had set him up.
