Frankie Sandford would never take back a cheating boyfriend.

The Saturdays singer - who recently reconciled with Dougie Poynter following a brief split - thinks people should take the time to assess a situation before returning to a failed relationship.

She said: "Dougie and I broke up because we both had really busy schedules and I thought, 'I'm only 21 and I want to go out partying.' Once I got that out of my system, I thought, 'What am I doing?' I missed him so much.

"It's great being back together but obviously it's different for everyone.

"If you broke up for a good reason, that's not going to change, it's not worth getting back together. And you should never go back to someone who's cheated on you."

Frankie's bandmate Una Healy - who is in a relationship with rugby player Ben Foden - agrees with her stance on infidelity.

Una said: "If Ben did cheat, he'd be f**ked. He would never get away with it because I would find out eventually.

"Cheating is by far the cruellest thing you could do to someone you love."
