If It's Alive! just has too much sophistication and nuance for you, The Suckling may be just what you need. Instead of a murderous toddler, though, here we have an aborted fetus (yes!) presumably taking vengeance on the world because, you know, it was aborted. Travelling mainly via sewers and toilets (where it was flushed and encountered that old standby toxic waste), our mutant fetus ends up preying on the trapped patrons of a brothel. (They can't escape through a door or window for some reason -- so, in one of cinema's most brilliant examples of ingenuity, they try to chop through the wall with a hammer and screwdriver.)
