Frances Bean Cobain has celebrated her 19th birthday by appearing in a classical photo shoot.
The daughter of late Nirvana rocker Kurt Cobain and Hole singer Courtney Love was photographed by celebrity snapper Rocky Schenck - who has also worked with Nicole Kidman, Tom Cruise and Annie Lennox - in a number of 1940s and 1950s-inspired shots.
Fashion Director Amina Akhtar described Frances as "stunning" and admitted people will become nostalgic when they think about her because a lot of people remember where they were when they heard her father had been found dead in April 1994.
Amina told Rolling Stone: "There's certainly a bit of nostalgia when it comes to Frances Bean. I mean, who doesn't remember the early nineties and where they were when they found out about Kurt?
"There's no denying how absolutely stunning she is. We all remember her growing up, and now she's come out into her own as this sexy, beautiful woman. But what really struck me was that she came across as strong, confident, and really herself. That's why she's having this moment."
