Forrest Gump star Gary Sinise has become the latest victim of California's ongoing property slump - he is selling his Calabasas home for less than he paid for it six years ago.
The actor and his wife Moira Harris have placed their five-bedroom property on the market for a little under $1.9 million (£1.2 million) - more than $500,000 (£312,500) less than it was worth to them in 2004.
According to celebrity property website, the couple has been trying to sell the gated estate since October 2008, when Sinise and Harris first put the home on the market for $2.2 million (£1.38 million).
