Five Finger Death Punch Star Ivan Moody's Estranged Partner, Holly Smith, Has Been Granted A Restraining Order Against The Rocker After Accusing Him Of Assaulting Her.
Smith has filed an affidavit with the Adams County Court in Colorado claiming Moody is abusing alcohol and suffering from delusions.
According to documents obtained by TMZ.com, Smith writes, "Ivan has talked to me in third person in a voice different from his own as if he were a demonic presence inhabiting a body."
Moody's sister, Sandra Dykes, has also filed legal papers reportedly backing up Smith's claims.
Smith and Dykes are urging Moody to enter rehab, and Holly won a temporary restraining order after showing a judge pictures of bruises she alleges the rocker caused.
Smith filed for divorce earlier this month (Aug15), but Moody is questioning the documents claiming the two were never officially married and accusing her of making up the allegations of domestic violence.
