Godass Review

Nika Feldman is engaging, but the rest of Godass is fairly limp in this teen angsty flick that pales in comparison to contemporaries like Ghost World. Nika's character has love only for her punk music 'zine and is alienated from everyone except a few deadbeat friends -- and, tacked on as a strange subplot, there's a story about her homosexual father. As well, never mind the cover art of Feldman with a gun; in that scene, she puts the weapon right back down. Silly.
