Italian movie mogul Fernando Ghia has lost his battle with cancer and died in Rome, Italy. He was 69.
The former actor and agent is known internationally for bringing epic movie The Mission to the big screen in 1986, but his other productions include Federico Fellini's AMARCORD and 1972 period drama LADY CAROLINE LAMB.
Ghia learned to speak English after taking lessons from actor ALBERT FINNEY, while he was working as the Brit's agent.
