British hip-hop/dance act Faithless have parted ways with their record company in a bid to regain artistic control of their music.
The band have been signed to SonyBMG subsidiary Cheeky for four albums, but star Sister Bliss admits she's desperate for more freedom in the studio.
She says, "We've been masters of the DIY ethic. There's something about not being under the pressure of a big corporation and not having to fill their coffers."
She adds the group are considering ditching albums to release single tracks instead.
