Directed by Zack Snyder, with Joss Whedon working on reshoots and co-writing following the director's unfortunate exit from the film, 'Justice League' will this coming week finally hit the big screen, and bring together some of the world's most recognisable comic book superheroes.

Ezra Miller is the man stepping into the shoes of one of those heroes, taking on the role of Barry Allen, also known as The Flash. Though he's very excited about the release, the future is something he doesn't mind looking forward to, and in a recent interview he revealed just what he'd like to see moving ahead from the DC Extended Universe.

Though they'll be battling against Steppenwolf and his army of Parademons this time round, Miller thinks some big strings could be pulled in a second movie, with a whole roster of villains stepping up to challenge the League.

Asked who he'd like to see the titular team go up against in the planned sequel to 'Justice League', the actor told the Toronto Sun: "The Injustice League. I think I can speak for everyone in the League when I say that we’re extremely excited by the prospect of continuing this journey. We don’t really know for sure, and we’re usually the last people to find out, but... each of the heroes in this movie has specific nemeses, and I think seeing some incarnation of the Injustice League (which includes Lex Luthor, Joker, Deathstroke and more) would be something that DC fans would be pretty stoked about."

Wonder Woman actress Gal Gadot added: "There’s so many good villains in the DC universe, but I would love to fight Cheetah. She’s a girl and that could be very interesting."

With two post-credits scenes promised for 'Justice League' this month, they could serve to set up the battles of the future for the team, but it's also possible they could be in place to help build the hype for upcoming solo films such as 'Aquaman' and 'Cyborg'. We'll have to wait and see what Warner Bros. and writers have up their sleeves, but we have to say, we love Miller and Gadot's ideas...
