'Say Nothing' singer Example - whose real name is Elliot Gleave - has married MTV Australia presenter Erin McNaught.
Example and Erin McNaught have tied the knot.
The 'Say Nothing' singer - whose real name is Elliot Gleave - married the TV presenter in her native Australia on Saturday (18.05.13).
The relaxed groom enjoyed a six mile run before the ceremony, tweeting: ''It's 7.30am. Just going for a little 6 mile jog. Ceremony starts in 6 hours. Not sure if this is normal protocol for your wedding day... ? (sic)''
He also revealed he had been working hard on his speech for the reception, explaining: ''I had one that was 17 minutes long, the whole speech, and I've whittled it down to about ten because I've been asking all mates who've got married, how long should it be?
''I don't want to ramble on for ages like I do with my radio interviews sometimes, so hopefully it all goes fine. I mean it's all about the best man's speech anyway.''
The couple met in 2011 when Erin interviewed Example for MTV Australia and it wasn't long before they were discussing marriage.
Example previously revealed: ''It was love at first sight and when Erin agreed to go out with me I decided to get a ring on her finger ASAP. We'd decided where and when we were getting married before I'd even proposed, and a month later I eventually got round to it.''
They announced their engagement late last year, revealing their plans for a small wedding in Australia with a larger party to follow in the UK.
Example said: ''It's going to be a small affair over there [in Australia]. We'll have 50 people or so. My band will be there, but other than that it's mainly family.
''We'll have a massive smash-up when we are back next summer for our UK mates. I don't think I'll even wear a tie at the bash in Oz. It's going to be really relaxed. Nothing fancy.''
