Actress-and-model Eva Mendes has revealed she posed topless for Calvin Klein to help boost her career.
The actress-and-model - who stripped off for the semi-naked shoot for the fashion label in 2008, which was so raunchy it was banned from American TV screens - has revealed the racy advertisements were a carefully planned stunt to help increase her livelihood.
She told The Times newspaper: "I am super-ambitious, and everything I do is connected. If I do topless Calvin Klein ads, that is something that didn't just happen accidentally on set. It's all planned. They're all connected, and there is method to my Madness."
The 36-year-old actress has recently starred alongside Nicolas Cage in 'Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans'.
Although she has a very busy professional life, Eva tries to ensure her personal life is as stress-free as possible.
She said: "I love working on myself internally as well as externally. If I go to the gym for my body, what's wrong with going to therapy and meditation for my mind and my soul?"
