The 'Desperate Housewives' star - who has her own range of perfume - arrived at the event in Madrid, Spain, in a glamorous George Hobeika dress, before changing into other creations during breaks from presenting the show.
In a joke aimed at Lady GaGa - who famously wore a dress made of raw meat - the 35-year-old beauty donned a ham costume for part of her presenting duties, although she still kept her high heels on.
She also managed to change her hairstyle with every outfit change - one of which included a skirt which was torn off by 'California Gurls' singer Katy Perry.
Writing on twitter, the Hollywood beauty thanked the crowds at the show for their support.
She wrote: "Thank u Madrid! I love Espana!! MTV EMA's you rocked! Had so much fun! Back to work now on DH!(sic)"
Eva recently revealed her husband Tony Parker prefers her when she is free of make-up - despite her being the face of L'Oreal.
She said: "Tony likes me best in jeans, a T-shirt and no make-up. That's what I was wearing when I first met him at a basketball game.
"I'm a fast dresser - 10 minutes for hair, make-up and clothes."
