The 36 year-old TV personality's latest promotion at Fox Sports comes five months after she was named the new co-host of 'Dancing With The Stars.'
It has been a career year for Erin Andrews!
The 36 year-old TV personality has been promoted to be a NFL sideline reporter as part of Fox Sports No.1 broadcast team.
Erin will replace longtime sportscaster Pam Oliver, and will begin her new gig this coming fall.
The former 'DWTS' contestant revealed that before she debuted on Monday's season opener, "My mouth got really dry, perspiration was a factor tonight."
Erin Andrews, who was once a contestant on the show, is having to readjust to her new role as the 'Dancing With The Stars' co-host, alongside Tom Bergeron.
The 35 year-old made her debut this past Monday (March 17th) for the premiere of season 18, after replacing Brooke Burke-Charvet on the ABC hit show.
Although many thought Andrews performed well for her first time, the former Fox Sports broadcaster admitted to being very nervous before the show began.
It was standard fare on DWTS, as the show kicked off with contemporary, cha cha and foxtrot.
It looks like Dancing with the Stars is really out to give us the old razzle dazzle this season, with a new co-host, new band leader and a whole band of promising contestants. Sportscaster and season 10 finalist Erin Andrews debuted as co-host alongside DWTS veteran Tom Bergeron Monday evening. Jason Derulo (remember him?) kicked off the festivities with a live performance of his new single Talk Dirty accompanied by the twelve professionals, who will be seen swinging the stars along the dance floor this season.
Erin Andrews made her debut on Monday - how do you think she did?
Then it came time to introduce the stars themselves. First off – Real Housewife NeNe Leakes danced the Cha Cha alongside partner Tony Dolovani in a solid debut, which earned the pair a score of 21. Big Time Rush star James Maslow and Peta Murgatroyd, friends prior to being paired up, danced the Foxtrot and also earned a 21 from the judges. Child star Danica McKellar and Valentin Chmerkovskiy's Foxtrot performance earned them a solid 24 points, which tied them for third place with with Olympic gold medalist Meryl Davis and Maksim Chmerkovskiy, and Paralympic bronze medalist Amy Purdy and reigning champion Derek Hough.

New Dancing With The Stars' co-host Erin Andrews is "just excited" to be returning to the show she was once a contestant on in 2010.
Erin Andrews states "I'm coming back home" after it was announced she will be the new co-host of 'Dancing With The Stars'. It has only been a matter of days since news surfaced that Brooke Burke-Charvet, who has been co-hosting alongside Tom Bergeron since Season 10, was axed by ABC.
Brooke Burke-Charvet was axed by ABC after co-hosting 'DWTS' since season 10
Now Andrews, who has been a sports broadcaster for Fox Sports since 2012, will return to the show she was once a contestant on to replace Burke-Charvet.
ABC made the surprising announcement on Friday.
While big things are going on at NBC, ABC has also announced a change to one show’s lineup. Dancing with the Star host Brooke Burke-Charvet will no longer be by Tom Bergeron's side. Burke-Charvet’s run will end as of March 17, when she will be replaced by Fox Sports reporter Erin Andrews.
The network gave no reason behind their decision.
Burke-Charvet announced that she was getting cut in a shocked sounding tweet on Saturday. She later released a statement with more detail about the network’s decision. "I have enjoyed seven seasons co-hosting DWTS but understand the need for change considering the position of the show at this juncture," she said in a statement for E! "I've always been one to embrace change and looking forward to pursuing opportunities I previously wasn't able to entertain because of contractual obligations to the show. I've seen my fair share of shocking eliminations in the ballroom but this one takes the cake."

50 Cent gets shut down by Fox's Erin Andrews after he tries to snatch a kiss from her during the Daytona 500.
Well, this is awkward. At yesterday's (Feb 24) Daytona 500 race rapper 50 Cent was given the cold shoulder by Fox Sport correspondent Erin Andrew after the 'In Da Club' hit-maker tried to swoop in for a kiss.
Andrews was scouring the pits for speedracer Danica Patrick after the driver had competed in her first ever Daytona 500, but whilst she was looking for the speed queen she coincidentally bumped into Fiddy, and thats when things got a whole lot more awkward (and hilarious).
The rapper immediately went in for a smooch when he was found lurking, but luckily Andrews was too quick for him and managed to get away with just a peck on the cheek. The presenter politely asked him what he was doing there, to which he responded 'I'm enjoying myself, I'm enjoying all the festivities.' Whilst he was answering the question towards the camera, Andrews saw her moment to escape and she made a dash to the side to hopefully find Danica at last, only to end up being trailed by the rap star.
50 Cent tried to land a kiss on Erin Andrews at the Daytona 500... it made for an awkward situation
Video footage of that awkward-as-hell kiss between 50 Cent, Erin Andrews has made its way online, prompting 50 Cent to defend himself on Twitter by saying “Hey I wanted to kiss her so I did.” Someone needs to tell Fiddy that that isn’t really how it works, but in the meantime, it’s worth checking out the biggest car-crash moment of Saturday’s Daytona 500, courtesy of the rapper and FOX’s sports reporter Erin Andrews.
As Erin made her way through the crowds, desperately trying to locate the driver Danica Patrick, she spotted 50 Cent in amongst the throng. Danica Patrick had made history by becoming the first female driver to win a Sprint Cup series pole and finished eighth overall, against all expectations. 50 Cent was just… there. Watching. Nonetheless, when Erin pointed him out to the crowd, 50 Cent decided to go in for a kiss, on camera. Right in the middle of all the actin. What ensued was a cringe-worthy battle of wills as Fiddy tried to plant a kiss on Andrews’ lips, as she desperately tried to dodge that outcome. 50 Cent failed to land the kiss on her mouth and seemed to settle for “ok, anywhere on her head will do,” and managed an awkward peck on the cheek.
As Erin headed off into the crowd to locate Danica Patrick, 50 Cent followed her. Now, in amongst the hustle and bustle of the crowd at the Daytona 500, it was hard to hear everything that Andrews said… but we’re pretty sure she didn’t invite Fiddy to follow her. Creepy, Fiddy. Pretty creepy. And did we mention ‘awkward?’
