The Latin heartthrob will vie for the top prize in categories including My Favorite Pop/Rock Artist, My Favourite Tour and My Favourite CD, while his hit song Bailando, with Gente de Zona and Descemer Bueno, has scored four nods.

Following close behind with eight nominations is Mexican singer Luis Coronel, who will attempt to beat Iglesias in four categories, while competing for the My Favorite Regional Mexican Artist and Voice of the Moment titles.

Other multiple nominees include Bachata King Romeo Santos, Puerto Rican star Nicky Jam and crooner Prince Royce.

The fan-voted 2015 Premios Juventud, which is staged by Spanish-language television network Univision, will take place on 16 July (15).
