Actress Emma Watson caused headaches for her handlers on the sprawling Harry Potter set in Leavesden, England - by constantly disappearing to explore the famous studios.
The young star, who has played Hermione Granger in all eight of the Potter pictures, admits she hated the fact that she had to report to assistant directors (ADs) all the time - and would run off and hide from them.
She tells Entertainment Weekly magazine, "People always needed to know where you were, especially when I was younger. That used to drive me nuts.
"So I used to hide from the assistant directors, who were given the task of knowing my whereabouts every single moment of the day.
"There was an orchard... on one part of the grounds. I would go down and walk around there. Those poor ADs. They must have had nervous breakdowns whenever I would disappear."
