Emma Bunton, the 36-year-old British television personality and former member of THE Spice Girls, has announced that she is engaged to her long-term partner Jade Jones, reports People Magazine. The news sparked a flurry of messages on the singer's Twitter page with well-wishers including Victoria Beckham and Mel C sending their congratulations.
44-year-old Victoria, who is currently expecting her fourth child with husband David Beckham, tweeted, "Congratulations Emma and Jade on your engagement! We are so happy for you! X", while Mel B wrote, "Mrs Jones!!! Congratulations to you both and Beau and Bump. Love you all x x". Bunton and Jones, who are currently expecting their second child, have been together for eleven years and the singer announced the engagement before her appearance on Dancing On Ice on Saturday (22nd January 2011), tweeting, "Yahooooo I'm Engaged! Love you Jade! I'm a very happy lady!!"
Jones is a former member of the British boy-band DAMAGE and he later went on to join CHERRYBLACKSTONE. However, since leaving the music industry, the 31-year-old has trained as a chef and works in restaurants in London's Camden Town, Primrose Hill and also at the luxury hotel Claridges'.
