Emma Bunton doesn't want to marry her boyfriend.

The former Spice Girls star - who has a two-year-old son Beau with singer-turned-chef Jade Jones - insists she is happy with their relationship as it is and is in no hurry to walk down the aisle.

She said: "I'm not keen for him to propose. The thing with me and Jade is it's been so brilliant and we are happy as we are. Of course, we have talked about marriage, but we like it the way it is. We have a child together, which is the most wonderful thing anyway.

"It's such a special thing for us to have a son. We're soulmates."

While Emma doesn't want to marry Jade, who she has been in a relationship with for over 10 years, she would like to work with him after he recently fronted a cookery slot when she was presenting UK TV show 'GMTV'.

She added: "I'd definitely team up with him again. We vibe off each other well and it feels nice and easy working with Jade."

As well as fronting new British TV talent show 'Don't Stop Believing', Emma is also busy raising her son and admits she delights in watching him interact with other people.

She explained: "He's going to be three in August and he's so adorable. He's quite boisterous and he's very inquisitive and cheeky. He makes me laugh, as some days he is so shy he will hide behind my leg, and then others, he will go up to strangers and sing nursery rhymes to them."
