Late last month, it was revealed that Rihanna would join Eminem for a North American mini-tour.

"There are some shows coming up with Rihanna," Eminem told XXL Magazine. "It's a three-city tour: New York, L.A. and Detroit coming in August. The Monster Tour."

Now the dates and venues for the three-city, co-headlining summer tour have been announced on Eminem's official website.

RiRi will first join the rap superstar on August 7th at the Rose Bowl in Los Angeles, then head to East Rutherfood, New Jersey, on August 16th to play at the MetLife Stadium.

And finally, the tour will wrap things up on August 22nd at Eminem's hometown in Detroit's Comerica Park.

All these venues are outdoor stadiums, which means the musical stars must be anticipating huge sell-out crowds.

There is no word as of yet if any further dates will be added, but tickets go on sale on Friday March 28th at 10 a.m. on the Live Nation mobile phone app, or the official Live Nation website.

This tour comes after Rihanna's and Eminem's hugely successful latest collaboration for the track, 'The Monster'.

Featuring on Em's 8th studio album 'Marshall Mathers LP2', 'The Monster' charted at No.1 in twelve countries including the UK, Canada, France an US's Billboard's Hot 100.

This was the third time the duo had teamed up together, with the first coming in 2010's 'Love The Way You Lie, and its sequel 'Love The Way You Lie (Part II)', also released in 2010.

Live Nation have also created a Facebook page which allows eager fans to RVSP to get early access to a ticket presale at 10 a.m. local time on Saturday, March 22nd.
