Emile Hirsch could sit and watch his baby boy forever.
The 'Lone Survivor' star welcomed his son Valor into the world last month, and he admits he's so besotted with the tiny tot that he could stare at him all day.
Speaking to Us Weekly magazine, he said: ''It has just been such a special experience that is really hard to put into words. He's just adorable. He's like an eternal campfire you can stare at him forever. He's just beautiful. He's sweet. He's funny. I don't think I realised how funny some babies were until my son started making me laugh.''
The 28-year-old actor met the mother of his child at an Oscars after party in Los Angeles in February, and although they only enjoyed a brief fling, Emile plans to be a hands-on father.
An insider said previously that he is ''doing the right thing and will be taking care of her and his baby financially.''
The source added: ''He's trying to be a good guy in the situation. He still has love for the girl - it's just his schedule and life did not fit in with having a relationship.''
