Scottish soul sensation Emeli Sande is set to join singer Jessie J and theatre impresario Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber as an honouree at Britain's Silver Clef Awards later this month (Jun12).
The Next to Me hitmaker will be celebrated for her innovation in music at the London event, which recognises distinguished artists for their talents and charitable contributions to Nordoff Robbins, an organisation which provides musical therapy to vulnerable adults and children across the U.K.
British pop singer Conor Maynard, 19, will also pick up an accolade at the 29 June (12) luncheon - as Best Newcomer.
Jessie J was previously announced as the recipient of the Best British Act title, while Lloyd Webber will be honoured with the Lifetime Achievement prize.
