A Swedish woman who has maintained she's Elvis Presley's lovechild for the past 20 years has filed suit against the late icon's estate for defamation and infliction of emotional distress.
Lisa Johansen is asking for over $130 million (£81.3 million) in damages.
The Swede, who published a memoir titled I, Lisa Marie: The True Story of Elvis Presley's Real Daughter in 1998, claims she took a long-overdue Dna test last year (10) and now hopes to prove she is The King's daughter.
Billboard.com reports Johansen took a trip to Presley's Memphis, Tennessee home Graceland in August (11) - to mark the anniversary of Elvis' death and spoke with some of the estate's staff.
The Presleys have since ordered her to stay away, accusing Johansen of making "malicious false claims" against them.
