Elvis Presley's grand piano, his gold-rimmed sunglasses, and his open-top sports car will be the leading lots at an auction of The King's possessions next month (Aug10).
The rock 'n' roll memorabilia sale also features a revolver belonging to the Hound Dog hitmaker, along with his address book and his iconic opal and diamond ring.
The auction will be held in Memphis, Tennessee, and is expected to raise $1.5 million (£1 million) for the white piano alone. Presley's Triumph TR-6 Convertible car is expected to sell for $67,500 (£45,000), while his sunglasses will fetch $18,000 (£12,000).
A spokesman for the sale says of the piano, "For the serious Elvis Presley fan or collector, it's hard to imagine a more important musical relic."
