New rare footage of Elvis Presley presenting a former Washington governor with a ham has been released on DVD.

ELVIS PRESLEY AT THE SEATTLE WORLD'S FAIR includes 8-millimetre movie footage of the late rocker behind the scenes while he filmed his 1962 blockbuster IT HAPPENED AT THE WORLD'S FAIR.

The film, which is available online, was shot by ALBERT FISHER, who was then an employee of the fair's TV and movie department and also includes shots with Presley's co-stars JOAN O'BRIEN, Gary Lockwood and GINNY LIU. Uncredited 10-year-old actor, Kurt Russell also makes an appearance.
