Elvis Presley's fashion stylist has died at the age of 85.
Bernard Lansky passed away at his home in Memphis, Tennessee on Thursday (15Nov12).
The clothier teamed up with his sibling Guy in 1946 to launch a store called The Lansky Brothers, which originally sold only Army surplus goods during World War Ii, but soon became a go-to for men's high fashion and was frequented by the King of Rock and Roll.
Bernard later went on to dress Presley for a number of gigs and professional appearances and he supplied the icon with everything from two-toned shoes to flashy jumpsuits up until his death in 1977.
A statement from the Lansky family reads, "Bernard was an influence in style for one of the most famous entertainers of all time. Bernard's popularity was created from dressing this one man, who became famous, but his legacy has been solidified by more than 65 years of customer service."
