The first house rock legend Elvis Presley ever owned has been put up for sale on auction website eBay. The BLUE SUEDE SHOES singer bought the four-bedroom house in Memphis, Tennessee, in 1956 and lived there with his parents and grandmother for one year. As Presley's career went stellar, police were regularly called to deal with hordes of fans congregating outside the property - and Presley moved to his secluded Graceland home in 1957. The property, which features a swimming pool commissioned by Presley, has so far attracted 13 bids - the highest sitting at $223,000 (GBP125,000). Bidding for the house, at 1034 Audubon Drive, ends on 14 May (06).
