Sir Elton John is set to make a return to the Las Vegas stage - to give another new parent, Celine Dion, a break.
The Rocket Man, who previously brought his The Red Piano spectacular to Caesars Palace, will return to the venue in September (11) with his Million Dollar Piano show.
The extravaganza will replace Dion's new show at the venue for at least 16 dates while she takes a four-month break, marking the beginning of an on/off three-year residency for Elton.
The singer says, "Caesars Palace is just a perfect, idyllic place to play, and the show will be a gargantuan feast of music and imagery. I’m going to have a fabulous piano that Yamaha has been working on for four years, and that’s the reason why the show is called The Million Dollar Piano."
Dion will wrap up her shows at the venue in August (11), before resuming them in December (11).
