SIR Elton John has vowed to tone down his outrageous fashion sense - as he is now "too old" to wear flamboyant outfits. The star is well known for his outlandish stage costumes - which have featured throughout his long music career. But the Rocket Man hitmaker insists that now he is over 60, it is time to adopt more conservative attire. He tells U.S. chat show host Larry King, "I'm 61 years of age next month and, you know, I don't dress as flamboyant as I used to. There are certain things I don't do anymore. "I feel like, you know, as you get older, you change the way you think, the way you dress. I always liked to dress a little differently from other people, but, you know, I'm nowhere near the fashion victim that I was a long time ago."
