Acting pals Elisabeth Shue and Tea Leoni have made a pact with each other - never to go under the knife.

The stars have agreed to talk each other out of cosmetic surgery plans if they ever fall victim of self-esteem issues as they get older.

Leoni explains, "When we feel weak about Botox or surgery, we'll call each other for support and just say, 'No.'

"Someday we'll be the only two actresses who will get roles for 65-year-old women, because everyone else will look like they're 30."
