The 'Smile' singer and her husband Sam Cooper - who already have a 14-month-old daughter Ethel - welcomed their second child, Marnie Rose Cooper, into the world on Tuesday (08.01.13) and the pop star has been inundated with messages since revealing her happy news.
She wrote on her Twitter page: ''Quite overwhelmed by all the well wishing going on. THANKYOU everybody x x x (sic)''

Daisy Lowe is among a host of stars who have donated their purses to charity.
The 22-year-old model - daughter of designer Pearl Lowe and rocker Gavin Rossdale - has joined celebrities such as radio presenter Edith Bowman, The Hossiers and mother Pearl to give their wallets to UK charity Oxfam, as part of its new 100 per cent giving campaign.
Daisy - who gave away a Lulu Guinness sequined purse - said: "I'm thrilled to be supporting Oxfam's 100 per cent giving campaign as it's something I feel is very important. Every donation made can really make a difference, and by doing something so simple as donating a wallet can help boost awareness of this new scheme."

The Ting Tings and Annie Lennox will sing in honour of Dame Anita Roddick at an intimate concert in London next week.
The groups will perform at a 'Voicestorm' concert organised by HIV charity Body and Soul which will honour Anita, the founder of ethical beauty product chain The Body Shop, who sadly passed away in 2007.
The night will feature performances from a number of female artists and female led groups including ex-spice girl Melanie C, Lauren Pritchard and Alice Russell. A number of presenters will also speak at the show and introduce the acts.

The Editors singer Tom Smith says becoming a father has changed his soungwriting because he is more interested in world affairs.

The Editors frontman - who has 15-month-old son Rudy with girlfriend Edith Bowman - says having a child has made him take more of an interest in world affairs, which has inspired his lyrics on forthcoming new album 'In This Light And On This Evening'.
He said: "Every time you turned on the telly it was people not quite being sure where all the money has gone so the lack of trust with those people who're supposed to be in charge of that. I'd hesitate to call the songs political but there are two songs on the record that are that way charged.

Smith and the BBC radio DJ - who have been dating since 2005 - are expecting their first child next summer (08).
Bowman says, "It's the best Christmas present we could have wished for. We are both absolutely delighted."
