Rockers Eddie Vedder, Metallica and Tom Waits have joined the all-star line-up for Neil Young's Bridge School Benefit Concert next month (Oct07).
Pearl Jam's Vedder has agreed to play alongside his drummer bandmate Jack Irons and Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea at the charity gig on October 27.
Meanwhile, Waits will perform with Kronos Quartet, while John Mayer, Jerry Lee Lewis and Young himself are also slated to take to the stage.
The 21st annual event will take place over two days (27-28Oct07) at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in California, near San Francisco.
All the money raised from the event will be donated to The Bridge School, a charity which helps people with physical disabilities and speech impediments.
