Eddie Murphy has finally sold the New Jersey home he put on the market in 2004.
The funnyman's sprawling mansion in Englewood has been on the market for eight years - and he had to drop the price from $30 million (£19 million) to $12 million (£7.5 million) to sell it, according to reports.
The eight-bedroom Colonial-style home comes with an indoor swimming pool, bowling alley, a billiards room, movie theatre and a recording studio.
The Shrek star bought the house in 1985.
