British pop star Ed Sheeran was left red-faced on the first night of Taylor Swift's new tour after suffering a fall onstage as they kicked off the trek in Omaha, Nebraska.
The A Team singer is opening for the country superstar on her Red tour, but his first show on Wednesday (13Mar13) didn't quite go to plan - he slipped and tumbled on his head while attempting to jump from one stage speaker to another during a performance of his track You Need Me.
The mishap, which was caught on camera by fans, prompted a few gasps from the shocked crowd, but Sheeran refused to let the embarrassing moment spoil his set and he leaped back to his feet to continue the song.
Sheeran has yet to comment on the incident, but his lack of balance may have something to do with medication he's taking to battle a bout of sickness.
Hours before the concert, Sheeran tweeted, "Flucinating (sic)... this flu is making me dream the weirdest s**t, dunno whats going on (sic)".
