Ed Sheeran makes a star performance on the most recent date of his current tour in Melbourne, Australia.

The 'Lego House' hitmaker performed at the 5,000 plus capacity venue that is the Festival Hall in Melbourne on Wednesday (March 6th 2013). He delivered a hearty performance as usual, toting his trusty acoustic guitar and dressed in his simple jeans and T-shirt ensemble. The star continues his gigging on March 13th when he will venture to the CenturyLink Center in Omaha, Nebraska in support of his good friend Taylor Swift on her current tour promoting her latest album 'RED'.

As much as it will be an epic string of dates in terms of music genius, there may also be further speculation as to the artists' relationship with each other. Swift recently found herself having to shoot down rumours that the pair of them were romantically involved following her break-up with One Direction's Harry Styles with whom it doesn't look like she'll ever, ever get back together with. Like, ever. As for Ed, 'We mostly just text: 'Hey pal! Miss you dude!' And it somehow ends up turning into a conversation about the meaning of life and music', Taylor told We Love Pop magazine.
