The award winning Finborough Theatre in London's Earl's Court is under threat of closure after 30 years. The freeholder is planning to develop above the theatre, altering its use for bedrooms into a self-contained flat. Neil McPherson, the theatre's Artistic Director, is concerned that that the redevelopment will cause noise issues that will make performances unworkable.
