The seven-member hip-hop collective Doomtree are releasing their single 'Bangarang' from album 'No Kings' for free downloading on May 28th with the B-side of 'Fresh New Trash'.
Their video features their shameless singing pal Har Mar Superstar hilariously taking part in the karaoke version of 'Bangarang' whilst gradually removing his clothing. The song expresses the opinion that many rappers of today all "sound the same" and this slightly punk-influenced masterpiece certainly proves that Doomtree are willing to break the mould.
The collective compromises of members who have already built solo careers as rappers, DJs and producers; rappers and MCs P.O.S, Dessa, Sims, Mike Mictlan and Cecil Otter, and producers/DJs Paper Tiger and Lazerbreak.
Doomtree have embarked on their first European tour mainly as Yelawolf's main support after "ten years racking up miles on beat-up tour vans" to coincide with the download release.
