Donald Trump's legal battle to silence planes near his members-only beach club in Florida has been dealt a blow - a judge has thrown out his lawsuit.
The real-estate tycoon-turned-TV personality filed the complaint in July (10), accusing Palm Beach County officials of failing to assess noise levels from jet engines at Palm Beach International Airport.
He argued that noise and vibrations from overhead aircraft lowered the property value of his private Mar-a-Lago club.
The suit was dismissed on Tuesday (30Nov10) but an attorney for Trump insists his client will refile the case.
The judge left an option for Trump to refile an amended lawsuit within 20 days, according to the Associated Press.
