Rocker Don Henley has threatened to sue hip-hop star Frank Ocean over his use of the Eagles classic Hotel California in a new tune.
The Odd Future star sampled the popular tune on his track American Wedding and he has performed the song live during several different gigs to promote his latest mixtape Nostalgia, Ultra.
Henley has since learned of the rapper's alleged illegal sampling and he has vowed to take legal action against Ocean if he doesn't pull the plug on the track.
In a post on his Tumblr.com page, the defiant Odd Future star writes, "Don henley is apparently intimidated by my rendition of Hotel California... He threatened to sue if I perform it again. I think that’s f**kin (sic) awesome."
