Hotel Rwanda star Don Cheadle is one of the best acting waiters in Hollywood - he studied to serve diners.
The Ocean's Eleven actor was so worried about not working when he left drama school he took waiting classes.
He says, "When you graduate from acting school you're not sure that you're gonna work, you gotta be ready to do other things, so I went to a professional waiter school... and you learn where you're supposed to serve from (and) what wine goes with what.
"I graduated from the thing and I got a job, so I never had to use it - but I still have the skills.
"I'm hell on the waiters in the restaurants. They don't know which side they're serving from. I'm like, 'Sit down, let me show you how this works.'"
