Dolly Parton is quietly planning a return to the big screen to revamp her hit comedy 9 TO 5 after a low-key reunion in Atlanta, Georgia, last month (JUN03).

Parton and co-stars Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin and Dabney Coleman came together for a Fonda-organised charity event, which raised cash for pregnant girls.

And the COAT OF MANY COLORS country queen admits the pangs of nostalgia made her rethink her determination not to make a sequel.

She says, "I always say you can't make something that was great greater, but when I went down to Atlanta three weeks ago for Jane's G-CAP event we got to talking.

"It's hard to go back and top it, but, in the limousine the other night when we were riding to one of the functions, Jane was talking about people who are still trying to put something together.

"I said, 'We better get to that now before it becomes The Good, THE BAD + The Ugly instead of 9 TO 5 2.' I would do it, sure."
