Rapper DMX may have retired from the music game but he is moving into a new area - books.

His autobiography E.A.R.L., EVER. ALWAYS, REAL LIFE will be released on 28 March (03) and will coincide with the opening of the rapper's new movie CRADLE TO THE GRAVE.

The book chronicles the star's life, from his "humble beginnings to mass superstardom to the adrenaline-fuelled gangster life he can't leave behind".

DMX will release his final album IT'S NOT A GAME sometime in May and then retire so he can spend more time learning about the Christian religion.
