Rapper BIG MOE has died after suffering complications following a heart attack. He was 33.
The rising hip-hop star - real name Kenneth Moore - passed away on Sunday morning (14Oct07) after a heart attack on 7 October (07) left him in a coma.
Moore was a prolific member of DJ Screw's Screwed Up Click and is best known for his 2002 underground hit, Purple Stuff.
DJ Michael '5000' Watts, of Swishahouse Records, led the tributes to the late MC, telling AllHipHop.com, "Big Moe was one of the pioneers of the Screwed Up Click and the H-Town sound.
"This man brought what we are on the street to the mixtapes and CDs. I'm personally honoured to have had a feature from him on one of our (Swishahouse) albums."
