British hip-hop artist Dizzee Rascal refuses to work with superstar producers such as Timbaland and Kanye West - because they charge too much money.
The Bonkers hitmaker has stormed the U.K. charts this year (09) after collaborating with Scottish musician Calvin Harris and DJ Armand Van Helden.
But he refuses to pay big bucks to record with top American artists, because he doesn't want to pay their huge fees.
He says, "I don't feel I should pay someone a quarter of a million (to produce me). Timbaland's not cheap. That's a lot (of money)."
