Dizzee Rascal is planning to donate the royalties he receives from the official England World Cup song to a children's charity.
The Bonkers hitmaker has teamed up with British funnyman James Corden to record Shout to support the England soccer team at the upcoming tournament in South Africa.
And during an appearance on Simon Cowell's reality show Britain's Got Talent on Saturday night (05Jun10), Dizzee revealed he and Corden are making no money from the track, instead donating their share of royalties to the U.K.'s Great Ormond Street Hospital for children.
He explained, "We're donating our part to charity, me and James," while Corden added: "Dizzee's royalties and my royalties are all going to the Great Ormond Street Hospital."
The track isn't the British rapper's only involvement with the World Cup - he's playing at the Cool Britannia festival in Cape Town during the sporting competition, which begins on Friday (11Jun10).
